With the summer season approaching, this is the perfect moment to test your strength, teamwork, and endurance on a tough survival course. Expect it to be muddy, heavy, and physically demanding — which is exactly what makes it so much fun.

• 3 km running
• 20+ obstacles

• One alpine backpack per team
• Sports clothing (that can get dirty)
• Feel free to make your outfit extra alpine-themed
• Showering possible at ACLO (bring your own shower items)
