On the 10th of Februari the yearly O-ALV will take place. On this evening the current board will discuss the last half year, and a new board will be presented! The evening will commence at 20:00, the location will be anounced later. Keep in mind that the meeting will be held in Dutch.

A week in advance all the documents will be send via e-mail. If you can't make it to the ALV you have the possibility to authorize someone else to vote in your stead. This can be done up to the day before the ALV. Because of the current COVID regulations there will be an maximum of people that will be able to join, so make sure you sign up. We will provide pie and drinks for those attending. 

The sign up will be opened a month beforehand.

 

 

Aanstaande 10 februari zal de jaarlijkse O-ALV plaatsvinden. Op deze dag zal het zittende bestuur het afgelopen half jaar behandelen, daarnaast zal een nieuw bestuur worden gepresenteerd. De ALV zal om 20:00 van start gaan, de locatie wordt nog nader bepaald. 

Alle stukken zullen een week voor aanvang per mail opgestuurd worden. Mocht je niet aanwezig kunnen maar wel je stem willen laten horen dan kun je iemand machtigen om voor jou te stemmen. Dit kan tot de dag voor de ALV. Vanwege de coronamaatregelen die van kracht zijn vragen wij iedereen zichzelf aan te melden.

Aanmelding wordt een maand van te voren geopend.
