Once a year, you are able to participate in the country’s most epic running relay race (and party); the Batavierenrace. Together with other GSAC’ers you will run 177km from Nijmegen to Enschede. The BataCie is the organisatory mastermind behind the participation of all GSACers that want to join.
During this trip through ‘de achterhoek’ and Germany, the most essential skills from a true GSAC’er are tested; scavenger hunting in white vans, sleeping in a tent like it’s an everyday practice and proving how amazing your physical fitness is (or how good you are at faking it). Every year, each member of the team runs their bit in a different way.
After this amazing achievement, we will attend a barbecue and a great party with other SACs and countless other teams at the campus in Enschede. You HAVE to have experienced this event at least once in your life. We from the BataCie hope that you will be there. So come use your strengths on a horizontal terrain and help us to make sure team RuGSAC finishes first!
