Groninger Studenten Alpen Club

Jullie zijn uitgenodigd om op woensdag 21 juni 2023 deel te nemen aan de Halfjaarlijkse Algemene Leden Vergadering. Jullie zijn vanaf 19:30 uur welkom in de vergaderzaal 1 van de ACLO (Blauwborgje 16). De H-ALV zal beginnen om 20:00 uur, dus zorg ervoor dat je op tijd bent.

Tijdens deze ALV wordt het afgelopen half jaar besproken. De documenten die besproken zullen worden, worden twee weken van tevoren naar jullie opgestuurd. Mocht je zelf een motie in willen dienen, dan kun je dit doen door deze te sturen naar abactis@gsac.nl, voor 5 juni 2023 23:59 uur.

Alle (buitengewoon) leden hebben één stem per persoon. Kun je niet aanwezig zijn? Dan kun je iemand machtigen die voor jou kan stemmen. Dit verzoek kun je tot uiterlijk 20 juni 2023 23:59 uur indienen. Wil je hier gebruik van maken? Stuur dan een mail naar: praeses@gsac.nl. Let erop dat je maar één persoon kunt machtigen. Donateurs mogen niet stemmen. Zij kunnen dus ook niemand machtigen.

You are hereby invited to attend the Half-Yearly General Members Meeting on Wednesday, June 21 2023. You are welcome from 19:30 onwards, at meeting room 1 of the ACLO (Blauwborgje 16). The GMM will start at 20:00, so make sure you are present on time.

During this GMM the past half year will be discussed. The documents that will be discussed will be sent to you two weeks in advance. If you want to send in a motion of yourselves please send it to abactis@gsac.nl before Juni 5 2023 23:59.

Every member has only one vote during the GMM. If you can't be present but still want your voice to be heard you can authorize another to vote for you. Let us know about this before June 20 2023 23:59. If you want to make use of this, send an email to praeses@gsac.nl. Be aware that you can only authorize one person. Donors can’t vote and therefore cannot authorize someone else either.
