Introperiod Once upon a GSAC
Dear fellow mountain lovers 🗻🩷,
As we all know, the best time of the year is coming up, ✨the introduction period✨!
This event is for all first years that want to integrate into the association. Please feel free to join if you signed up after last year's intro period!
We will kick off in the week of September 7th. From this week on there will be a lot of fun stuff:💃
- Weekly dinner with your rope family
You’ll be assigned to a ropegroup, with two or three experienced GSAC members that will show you around in our association. Each week you’ll have dinner together and climb at ACLO, Bjoeks, APEX or Gropo afterwards.🍽️👨👩👧👦
- Toprope course
During the first few weeks everyone who doesn't know how to belay, will follow the course at the ACLO in their ropegroups 🪢🧗♂️
- Social every Tuesday and Thursday
After eating and climbing with your rope family it is time to get to know each other with a nice cold drink at Café de Toeter from 21:30 onwards 🍺🍷
- Crazy 88
A very important part of the intro period is the battle for glory between the rope families. To win one must complete as many challenges from this year's list of 88 crazy challenges as possible.🏅😜
- Fun activity each week
The introcie organizes a lot of activities during the intro period. Check them out on the website and instagram! 🕺⛰️
- Introweekends
Experience climbing outside on the rock! Sign up for the weekends on the website, and remember to write a good motivation for why you want to join :) 🌳
- Intro End Party
To wrap things up, there will be a big themed intro-end party organised by the FeestCie! 💃
